Please allow 1-2 business days for processing; 3-7 business days for delivery once processing is complete. Currently, orders requiring physical shipment are shipped via USPS and are limited to the Contiguous U.S. We apologize that we currently do not offer International shipping.
Autographed items are shipped via USPS with signature confirmation included for added protection to ensure your custom item is safely delivered.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
OverZelesMusic offers a 14 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all purchases with special exceptions for custom, limited edition, clearance, autographed, and software download items. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace, exchange or refund your order less shipping. We do not offer refunds for custom, limited edition, clearance and autographed items due to their limited nature, however we will gladly replace any product for manufacturing defects.
Autographed Items: returns and exchanges are not available for autographed merchandise.
